How do I make orders on your website?

You send us your inquiry through our website, then we offer you our quotation. If the products and shipping cost can meet your requirements, we send the proforma invoice for your confirmation, then you make the payment, we arrange the shipment for you and inform you the tracking number.

Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

In order to get your products to you as soon as possible, we process our orders once you confirm the proforma invoice. While you cannot cancel, change or reduce the quantity of your order.

Do you accept customized products?

Do you provide free samples?

It depends on the samples you request. Usually we will return the sample cost to you in your following-up official order.
